Matched Giving: Spectris colleagues can double their impact

As a Foundation borne out of Spectris colleagues’ compassion for all communities, we are celebrating the causes that matter most to colleagues through our new Matched Giving programme. We are delighted to announce that £100,000 has been allocated to Matched Giving for 2026.

Colleagues across Spectris, HBK, Malvern Panalytical, Servomex and PMS are already doing wonderful things for both STEM and non-STEM charities through volunteering, fundraising and making personal donations. Our new Matched Giving programme is one of the simplest ways colleagues can enhance their support, by doubling their impact.

Through our partnership with the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), every Spectris employee can apply for up to £250 or their local currency equivalent in matched giving for a registered charity or community organisation. The full amount can be unlocked through fundraising activities such as challenge events, donations or volunteering. The different ways colleagues can unlock their funds reflects the vast array of charitable activities Spectris colleagues are already taking part in.

This programme sits within our Engagement and Community Giving work, where we dedicate 20% of our funding to small, nonSTEM community organisations connected to our colleagues around the world.

Please check this website and LinkedIn for updates on how colleagues are using Matched Giving to enhance their philanthropy. Or, if you are a Spectris colleague, please see The Spectris Foundation page on the Hub or contact us directly for more information.

Colleagues have already started unlocking their matched funds and we look forward to sharing their philanthropy stories.
